The present general conditions are in force only and exclusively for the use of the web site of Pumade S.A. on the part of the USERS who access to the site. FOURTH.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW.- The present general conditions are ruled by the Spanish law. Judges of Lalín are competent to solve every controversy or conflict deriving from the present general conditions, the USER expressly renouncing to any other jurisdiction that it could correspond to it.
FIFTH: In case any clause of this document is declared null, the other clauses will continue being valid and will be interpreted having into account the will of the parts and the same purpose of the present conditions. Pumade S.A. will be able not to use some of the rights and faculties conferred in this document, what will not imply in any case the renounce to them except express recognition by Pumade S.A.
