Why do we have quality control systems?
Quality control is a growing part of market demand in our sector and adjacent sectors. For years Portadeza submits all of its manufacturing processes and products to strict quality controls that guide the company towards a continuous improvement.
Quality management does not only guarantee that our products meet our customers needs but also guarantees our companies competitiveness by covering the whole production process, from the raw material reception to the delivery of the finished product and the sales service.
Furthermore, we are conscious that the target of conserving our environment must be taken seriously by the whole of the society, Portadeza is working on an environmental management certification, with the aim of making the companies relationship with the environment more efficient. By improving the manufacturing process we minimize the impact on the environment.
Finally, security at work is another aspect included in our quality plan, along with human resources our firm target is to reduce risks at work.
What advantages does this imply for the customer?
Portadeza carries out a quality check at diverse points of the manufacturing process. By doing this we have managed to reduce our customer complaints and improve their satisfaction. Furthermore, by improving our processes, our production and competitiveness rises, this means we achieve better services and leads for our customers.
What to do if you believe one of Portadeza’s products does not comply with standards?
Our manufacturing system tries to avoid discordances, but sometimes a product can have a default o it could have been damaged after the sale. Please Contact with us, the Sales Dept. will revise the claim along with the Quality Control Dept. to reach the best possible solution.

ISO 9001: Quality management system

ISO 14001: Environmental management system
This certifies that Portadeza complies with UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 standards which refer to Environmental management and establishes that:
- Portadeza counts on an environmental control plan that defines specific targets and a series of actions towards their achievement.

This is a voluntary stamp that certifies Portadeza products are attained under the established standards.
- Portadeza as well as having proper supervision, voluntarily submits to Aenor supervising to guarantee that their products are in agreement with international standards.
