Since the month of January 2009, Portadeza incorporates into its products the air in ventilation system. It is an invisible ventilating system installed in the top of the door, between the sub-frame and the frame and hidden by the door architraves, without visually affecting the aesthetics.
The new air in ventilation system, following Technical Building Code standards, allows a regular minimal flow of air to circulate through the house and renew the atmosphere. In this way, by including this system, humidity and air pollution inside houses is reduced.
The air in systems used by Portadeza, also achieve thermal and acoustic insulation which contribute to improve living conditions and encourages energy saving at home.
The new Technical Building Code establishes, through the Basic Health Document, that all houses must have a ventilation system to ensure the entrance of clean air.
The air must enter from outside and circulate through the house - thanks to the air in system - between the dry areas (bedrooms, dining and living rooms) and the more humid areas (bathrooms and kitchens) with the aim of renewing the indoor environments.
